Equipment Requirements:

 <li>The app can be utilized with a projector and screen for optimal visibility.</li>
 <li>To ensure effective tracking of the barbell with a practical frame rate (exceeding 20 FPS), devices must be sixth generation or newer. This application was developed specifically with the iPhone 7 Plus in mind.</li>
</ul>

Preparation Before Using the App:
<ol>
 <li>Set up the barbell, weight plates, and any additional equipment. (Refer to the provided screenshot for a sample setup.)</li>
 <li>If necessary, connect your device to a projector.</li>
</ol>

Operating the App:
<ol>
 <li>Launch the application.</li>
 <li>Select [Bar Path Tracker] and press [Go].</li>
 <li>The device's camera will activate.</li>
 <li>Position the cursor over the 45cm weight plate and press the [Start] button. The cursor size can be adjusted using the slider provided.</li>
 <li>Barbell tracking will commence, displaying both the path and vertical velocity of the barbell's center.</li>
 <li>Users have the option to record video using the screen recording function available on iOS 11 and later.</li>
 <li>Additional settings can be adjusted within the [Option] view.</li>
</ol>

Note: The app's pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Advertising is included within the app, although there are no in-app purchases. The most recent validated operating system is iOS 16.3.1.
